Nate Sallans
Individual Therapist
Nate Sallans, MSW is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern and U.S. Air Force veteran. Nate works with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused techniques to provide supportive, practical, and personalized care.

Gabrielle Dybalski
Individual Therapist
Gabrielle Dybalski, MSW is a Master’s-level social worker and U.S. Marine Corps veteran who supports adults facing trauma, substance use, grief, and life transitions. Using CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, Gabrielle offers a compassionate and collaborative approach to help clients move forward with clarity and resilience.
Melody Ott, LCSW
Clinical Supervisor, OCD Specialist
Melody Ott, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and OCD specialist with extensive experience providing evidence-based treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder. In addition to her role as Clinical Supervisor, she offers limited therapeutic support as needed while primarily focusing on mentoring and supporting the growth of Compass Counseling clinicians.
