Compass Conservative Counseling respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to our public website and any forms hosted on it. Therapy services, scheduling, intake, and clinical communications occur through SimplePractice and are governed by SimplePractice’s privacy and security terms in addition to ours.

We do not ask for or store Protected Health Information (PHI) on our public website. For therapy services, you’ll be directed to SimplePractice to submit health-related information securely.

We aim to keep PHI off of our public website. When you schedule, complete intake, message your clinician, or engage in telehealth, you will be directed to SimplePractice, a third-party platform that implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. SimplePractice’s processing of PHI is governed by its own Privacy Policy and (where applicable) Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

  • Do not include sensitive clinical details in our general website forms or email.

  • For emergencies, do not use this website. Call 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to the nearest emergency room.

4) Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:
